What is a PDF merger?
A PDF merger joins several PDF files into a single document, in the order you choose. Our tool does the work inside your browser, so your files are never uploaded to a server.
How to use it
- Click the file box and add two or more PDF files.
- Use the arrow buttons to put them in the right order, or the × button to remove one.
- Press Merge PDF files. The combined PDF downloads automatically.
Common uses
- Combining scholarship documents (transcript, CV, statement) into one file
- Joining scanned pages into a single report
- Sending one attachment instead of many
- Building a portfolio or application pack
Tips
- Check the page order before merging.
- Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged. Remove the password first.
- If the file is too large for a portal, compress its images or reduce the scan quality first.
